The Buddhists might hold the the key
or the preachers whose voices tremble
with the power of conviction
or the psychics who claim to know
the energy of the spirit
but I don’t think so
It’s us, the parents of dead children
who understand the truth
our solid bodies cover up
we’re the ones who are closest
to the real place of souls
